Assign tasks to a specification

Purpose

PageSeeder's fine-grained document structure means that tasks can be assigned to specific locations. Attaching the task to the content can often mean avoiding the need to re-express it in the task description.

This also helps the person who reviews or accepts whether the task has been completed, because they can see the complete discussion thread and task directly beside the document change that was requested.
